This alone is a game changer.What really made this a complete work was the fact that he went above and beyond to include info on working out, diet/supplementation, and even spiritual fitness.This is seriously one of the best books I have ever read in the realm of health and fitness.

Kelly explains the symptoms of low testosterone, the results and benefits of testosterone therapy in a clear, concise manner. He explains everything from start to finish, from taking/interpreting blood tests, optimizing lifestyle, fitness, diet and even sleep. The book even contains interviews with some well-known personalities within the world of testosterone, including a fantastic discussion with the late Dr. John Cristler.Make no mistake, this book isn’t simply for the under 35 crowd. Every man can benefit from Kelly’s knowledge contained within Optimized Under 35. Do yourself a favor and pick up a copy, you’ll be glad you did.
The amount of relevant information in this book is incredible. If your under 35 or over 35 like me this book is a must read to understand that piece of the puzzle you may be missing. Hormone optimization! You have to get your blood work done, find a good Dr. that actually knows what he or she is doing and make the changes. Thank you Daniel for your research, time and story of how you found that missing puzzle piece.
Every young man needs to read this book. Optimized under 35 gave me everything I could ever need in regards to increasing testosterone levels. I read this book in two days and look forward to researching the subject more. Daniel Kelly is a fantastic author and will help many men regain their masculinity with this book. Very highly recommend for young men looking to maximize their health!
This book really hit home for me. Daniel is an expert in testosterone optimization and lifestyle enhancement. I checked my T-levels and suffer from low testosterone. However, I was confused on what treatments were available and how to naturally increase my levels. This book provides the blueprint and fills in the gaps. I have learned to take care of myself first before I get on TRT. Without this book, I would be highly misinformed from all the bad information on the internet.
